Badger Infrastructure Solutions in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely excavate with high‑pressure water and vacuum systems, precisely digging and uncovering utilities for various construction projects.

The role requires strong physical stamina, willingness to travel up to 25%, flexible shifts, and a safety‑first mindset; candidates must have a CDL and be prepared for pre‑employment screenings. Union wages and benefits are discussed directly with the Branch Manager.

Competenze

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience operating hydrovac equipment or related industrial work preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Able to lift/push/pull 50+ pounds in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
