Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely perform hydro excavation using high-pressure water and vacuum systems, uncover utilities, and support construction projects. Attention to detail and a safety-minded approach are essential.

Qualified candidates will hold a valid Class A or B CDL, may have OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid certifications, be able to travel up to 25%, lift 50+ pounds, and work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL is required.
• CPR/First Aid and OSHA 10 certifications preferred.
• Experience driving manual transmission (10–18 speed) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50+ pounds.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment with high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig safely and efficiently.
• Uncover utilities and support various construction projects.
• Maintain safety-first approach and comply with PPE and site protocols.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
