Western Industrial Resources Corporation (WIRC) seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Hydrovac/Hydroblast division in Apache Junction, AZ. You will own safety, crew performance, equipment, and job profitability, serving as the main field contact for clients.

You will plan dispatch, develop staff, drive zero-incident safety, manage costing and billing, track equipment, and build strong client relationships to support new work and reports on KPIs.

Formación

• 5+ years in hydrovac, hydroexcavation, or industrial cleaning, with 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Mining or heavy industrial site experience strongly preferred.
• MSHA Part 46/48 and OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain).
• Solid understanding of job costing, rate sheets, and field billing.
• Valid driver's license; CDL Class A a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with Excel and field ticketing software.

• Build strong client relationships and support new work through estimates and quotes.
• Report on division KPIs: safety, utilization, margin, and customer satisfaction.

About WIRC

WIRC provides industrial services to mining, pipeline, and heavy industrial clients across the Southwest. Our Hydrovac and Hydroblast division handles vacuum excavation, hydroexcavation, and high pressure water blasting for some of the largest operations in Arizona.

The Role

We need an experienced Operations Manager to run our Hydrovac/Hydroblast division day to day. You'll own safety, crew performance, equipment, and job profitability, and you'll be the main point of contact for our clients in the field.
