Job summary

Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking a Hydrovac Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day field operations, coordinate with utility owners and contractors, and ensure documentation is completed accurately. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient deployment of resources across crews and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in the underground utility industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high safety and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
• 3-5 years in the Underground Utility Industry.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute day-to-day operations of the departments under supervision.
• Manage work hours of employees and assets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and training standards are met.
• Perform weekly field audits on crews.
• Inspect equipment and tools daily for proper operation.
• Complete necessary paperwork daily for clients and company.
