Job summary

Minerals Technologies Inc. is seeking a technical/business development support professional to execute the HydroShield Quality Assurance Program and provide training to customers across North America.

The role is based in Hoffman Estates, IL and is described as entry-level with strong potential for advancement. You will collaborate with the sales team, contractors, approved applicators, and inspectors, handling inquiries and documentation related to the program, warranties, and project

Qualifications

• Degreed professional in construction management, civil, industrial or environmental engineering, architecture, or geology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Substantial public speaking and/or sales process experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, capable of acting independently yet accountable and aligned with company strategy.
• Travel typically 15–25%.

Responsibilities

• Full support of HydroShield Quality Assurance Program.
• Handle day-to-day customer service calls and inquiries.
• Review 3rd party inspection reports and address action items.
• Provide training and support to customers and CST field teams.
• Process warranty documentation and inquiries.
• Maintain project files and current information.
• Generate work orders and monthly field service reports.
• Assist outside sales team with technical questions from the field.
