HDR, Inc. is seeking a Hydropower EIT in Northern California to join our Hydropower Engineering team. You will gain hands-on exposure to hydropower assets, dam safety, and water infrastructure modernization, working under experienced engineers.
You will develop technical skills through project work, field assignments, and mentorship, assisting with drawings, analyses, cost estimates, and documentation while contributing to reliable and sustainable power systems.

HDR is seeking Civil/Structural Engineering EIT's to join the Northern California Hydropower Engineering team and build a career in a specialized clean-energy field supporting hydropower, dam safety, grid reliability, and water infrastructure modernization. Hydropower gives early career engineers in training hands-on exposure to existing hydropower assets, dam and water conveyance infrastructure, pumped storage and modernization opportunities, construction support, and multidisciplinary problem solving with mentorship from experienced Engineers.

The expected compensation range for this position is $70,304.00 - $96,800.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
