Job summary

Energy 1 WY LLC is seeking a Hydronics Project Lead to guide field technicians through construction of hydronic systems. You will manage crews, interpret plans, procure materials, and ensure safety and quality on site across multiple E1 locations, based in Jackson, WY.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and proactive problem‑solving, with a strong focus on productivity and collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of radiant install or related experience.
• Must have tools of the trade.
• Must be organized and dependable.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage projects at the field level, taking accountability for successful project execution.
• Lead installation crews through all phases of hydronic system installation, from underground work through final trim-out.
• Manage field technicians, assign tasks, and coordinate with other trades to maintain the project installation schedule.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and project documentation with Department Managers and Project Managers.
• Order and coordinate project materials in collaboration with the DM and PM to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Participate in project kickoff meetings and help establish project expectations, schedules, and manpower requirements.
• Perform and oversee skilled installations, ensuring all work meets established E1 quality standards.
• Maintain regular communication with Department Managers through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
