Job summary

Energy 1 is seeking a Hydronics Project Lead to guide field technicians through all phases of hydronic system installation, from underground work to final trim-out. You will set productivity goals, ensure material availability, and maintain strong communication with project leadership.

This role requires coordinating with the Hydronic Department Manager and Project Manager, ensuring safety standards, and fostering an efficient, team-driven work environment across job sites in Wyoming.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read plan sets and schedules.
• Demonstrates a proactive, team-oriented mindset with accountability.
• Must be organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Experience leading installation crews in hydronic systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydronics installations from underground to final trim-out.
• Manage field technicians and coordinate with other trades.
• Order and coordinate materials, in collaboration with managers.
• Maintain project schedules and look-ahead material planning.
• Communicate progress and changes with Department and Project Managers.
