Your New Role

• Client Liaison: Be the trusted go-to expert for clients, handling their heating and cooling needs with professionalism
• System Specialist: Install, repair, and maintain various systems, including boilers and gas lines, ensuring optimal performance
• Independent Problem Solver: Handle service calls independently, performing detailed inspections, replacements, and repairs
• Detail-Oriented Technician: Use Service Titan to log services accurately and communicate solutions effectively
• Trade Mastery: Showcase skills in brazing, soldering, and all things hydronics

Hiring Expectations

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an HVAC Service Technician, with a strong background in hydronics/boiler systems
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with HVAC wiring diagrams and basic technical devices (smartphone, tablet, etc.)
• Certifications: EPA Certification required; valid MT Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Preferred: Mechanical-based degree or technical training, experience with Service Titan

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and travel frequently; must adhere to safety protocols
