Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in hydrogeology, geology, geochemistry, or environmental geology (required).
• Degree focus areas in hydrogeology, geology, geochemistry, or environmental geology (preferred).
• Experience with ArcView, CADD, and/or Microsoft Office (preferred).
• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong written/spoken communication and problem-solving skills (required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct fieldwork up to 80% including soil and groundwater sampling, aquifer testing, drilling oversight.
• Assist with hydrogeologic calculations using computer-based tools.
• Prepare technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals.
• Input and analyze data, and prepare maps, tables, and figures.
• Assist with engineering calculations using computer-based tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, geologists, office staff, and contractors.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
• Drive to client or project sites and other locations as required.
