Job summary

Air Liquide Electronics in Dallas, TX is seeking a Hydrogen Production Technician to operate and maintain the on-site hydrogen plant, ensuring uninterrupted customer supply. The role requires 3+ years of technical experience, shift flexibility, and strong instrumentation knowledge.

On-site position with benefits starting day one, including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability coverage, plus a 401(k) with company match and tuition assistance. Pay is $32.00-$34.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Associates degree preferred.
• 3+ years of technical training or operations experience.
• Ability to work extended hours/shift work as business needs dictate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and possibly holidays to meet shift/on-call requirements.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Knowledge/understanding of instrumentation, rotating equipment and piping systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants (Process Safety Management, EPA, FDA, state/local).
• Knowledge in lockout/isolation procedures.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Team-oriented with a self-motivated attitude.
• Good verbal/written communication with management and customers.
• Forklift, man lift and overhead crane experience preferred.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, start-up and shut down Hydrogen Plant.
• Monitor pipelines for continuous supply and quality control.
• Maintain and calibrate analytical instrumentation and support gasses.
• Log daily plant activities and issue certificates of analysis.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing product loads and maintain inventory.
• Assist with safety and regulatory procedures (PSM, permits, LOTOs).
• Work in on-call rotations and assist outside business hours.
