Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a HydroBlaster/Field Technician to operate at various customer locations. You will set up and assist with water treatment systems, hydrostatic testing, and other related tasks while representing HPC-Industrial and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include hands-on hydroblasting, operation of high-pressure equipment, and routine maintenance. A valid TWIC may be required and OSHA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations.
  • Strong safety mindset and adherence to safety policies on site.
  • Valid driver license and other requirements of company policy when driving a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Hands-on operation of manual and automated Hydroblasting equipment.
  • Operation of special equipment, such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
  • Operate equipment by energizing the pumping equipment and/or any specialized Hydroblasting and/or Chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks and cutting equipment being used on the job.
  • May be required to examine surfaces cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer expectations.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on the unit and all peripherals, including industrial vacuuming equipment and the disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance on company equipment being used on the job.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

This team member is responsible for setting up and assisting with water treatment systems, pipeline hydrostatic testing and various other responsibilities. The HydroBlaster/Field Technician serves as representative of HPC-Industrial, building continuous working relationships with clients/customers. Qualifications
  • Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on‑job training and essential experience gained on other jobs;
  • Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations;
  • Valid driver license and other requirements of company driving policy required when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company business;
  • OSHA certification may be required for this job;
  • Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers;
  • May have to provide Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC).
  • High School diploma or equivalent (required);
  • Valid TWIC required or ability to obtain TWIC.
Pay and Benefits

Clean Harbors (HPC-Industrial) is committed to complying with applicable pay transparency laws and ensuring fair and equitable compensation. The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this role: $14.42 - $28.85 Hourly. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to the base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
