Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, Monaca, PA, is hiring HydroBlaster/General Labor Technicians to support water treatment systems and hydrostatic testing. This role emphasizes safety, equipment operation, and customer coordination on site.

The position offers a $1000 sign-on bonus, weekly wages in the $23–$24/hour range, benefits after 30 days, and growth opportunities within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Understand signs in the work area and follow safety instructions.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergency signals while on duty.
• Able to extend arms above head and perform repetitive motions.
• Able to climb ladders, work from scaffolding and platforms up to 200 ft.
• Capable of working long shifts and tolerating wet conditions.
• Willingness to wear protective clothing and respirator when required.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for policies & procedures for company and customer.
• Operate manual and automated hydro-blasting equipment as needed.
• Run ultra-high-pressure pumps and related equipment.
• Operate vacuum trucks, cutting equipment and other cleaning gear.
• Inspect surfaces to ensure conformance to specs and perform maintenance.
• Coordinate with customer reps on setup and scope and report to branch manager.
