Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, Monaca, PA is seeking HydroBlaster/General Labor Technicians to join our safety-conscious team. You will assist with water treatment systems, hydrostatic testing, and related operations, acting as a safety representative on site with customers.

We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay at $23–$24/hour, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, 401(k) with match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities within a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Availability to work variable shift times including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and other requirements of company’s driving policy.
• Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment.
• Must be able to communicate in English for safety training and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and assist with water treatment systems and hydrostatic testing.
• Hands-on operation of manual and automated hydro-blasting equipment and related machinery.
• Ensure safety policies and customer requirements are met on site.
• Interact with customers and report to site supervisor to obtain required results.
