Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a CDL A Hydro Vac Operator to drive the hydro vacuum truck, load and unload fluids, and deliver to various oil field sites. You will follow safety procedures and DOT regulations while maximizing efficiency on every job.

The role requires 1 year of CDL A experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to work night or weekend shifts. Company benefits include tiered health plans, 401(k) with match, and paid training, with uniform allowance and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year CDL A driving experience required.
• H tanker and HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Meet all Federal Motor Carrier DOT requirements and safety qualifications.
• DOT medical card required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read and interpret driving routes and safety instructions.
• Pass DOT pre-employment physical.
• Ability to work night or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate high pressure pump and controls to circulate wells and manage well pressure.
• Load, unload and secure cargo; ensure vehicle is loaded safely.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Keep accurate records and documentation for shipments and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies.
• Represent the company in a professional manner while in uniform.
