Job summary

Evergreen Hydro X Services is seeking experienced CDL Hydro Excavation Operators to run hydrovac trucks on electric, gas, pipeline, and underground utility job sites. You will use pressurized water and high-volume vacuum systems to safely expose buried utilities and support construction crews in the field.

You will travel regionally with lodging and per diem for out-of-area work, perform inspections, DOT logs, and safety tasks, and handle long shifts including nights and weekends as project

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL in good standing.
• Tank vehicle endorsement and air brake qualification.
• DOT medical certification or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum one year of verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac trucks and support equipment safely on active job sites.
• Perform daylighting, potholing, and excavation around energized lines.
• Run high-pressure water systems and vacuum equipment; manage debris.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and DOT logs.
• Follow safety procedures and stop work when unsafe.
• Complete daily job tickets and time records accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers and crew members.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report issues.
• Travel to out-of-area project sites as required.
