We offer a full suite of maintenance and turnaround services including hydro blasting, hydro cutting, hydro excavation & vacuum services, unit clearing & chemical cleaning, tank cleaning, degassing & vapor control, pigging & decoking, controlled-volume pigging, FCC hot catalyst services, fixed bed inert catalyst services, and transportation, storage & transloading services, as well as specialty turnaround services.
Job Description:
  • The crew leader will perform a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of whole body for handling, positioning, moving and manipulating equipment and materials, emergency response, vacuum truck operations, waste disposal, site remediation and high-pressure water blasting.
  • The crew leader will use leadership skills to ensure that the crew is following company and customer standards, policies and best practices.
  • This is a full-time position with opportunity for overtime. Applicants may be required to travel up to 30% of the time.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead crews, offer feedback, assist crews and train new employees in completion of the job duties in accordance with all company and client policy.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning.
  • Must have general knowledge of all Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K).
  • Must have general knowledge of Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks.
  • Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, i.e. be familiar with all pieces of equipment necessary to safely and effectively complete the required job scope.
  • Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work.
  • Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field.
  • Valid Driver License
  • Pass a Hair Follicle and urine Drug Screen.
  • Must have a valid TWIC card.
  • Pass all Required Background Screens.
Conditions:
  • Work at Industrial Owner Facilities.
  • Perform Manual Labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA Debusk.
  • Respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if called upon.
  • Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors in the sun, which requires being on your feet.
  • Able to hydro blast utilizing a shotgun.
  • Must be capable of setting up equipment for the job including lifting and carrying hoses that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
  • Required to work at elevations and wear fall protection harnesses.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces for 4-7 hours per day; stand or walk for long periods.
