Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 3 years engineering/construction management experience.
• Licensure as a professional engineer is preferred or equivalent.
• Understanding of FEMA and NPDES regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to staff on hydraulic engineering projects.
• Develop and review hydrologic and hydraulic calculations.
• Design stormwater, culverts, and drainage for roadway projects.
• Perform flood routing analyses and sediment control design.
• Ensure compliance with NPDES and permitting requirements.
• Represent the Hydraulic Engineering Team at design reviews.
