Job summary

LeoForce in Cincinnati is seeking a Hydraulic Systems Engineer to own the technical side of hydraulics projects, from requirements to schematics, validation, and commissioning. You will partner with customers and sales to design best-fit hydraulic systems and drive implementations.

The ideal candidate has a BS in ME or Fluid Power, 3+ years in hydraulics and systems integration, CAD and hydraulic modeling comfort, and willingness to travel up to 15%.

What you’ll be doing (high impact):

• Partner with customers + sales to define the application and design the best-fit hydraulic system
• Create schematics, size components, build BOMs, and support quotes/proposals
• Review/approve designs, support testing/validation, and improve performance based on field feedback
• Support startup/commissioning/troubleshooting (new + retrofit systems)

What we’re looking for:

• BS in ME / Fluid Power (or similar)
• 3+ years industrial hydraulics / systems integration
• Strong circuit design + component selection (UL/CE a plus)
• CAD + hydraulic modeling comfort
• Travel up to 15%
