Qualifications

• Experience with 3D modeling tools (CREO or SOLIDWORKS).
• Strong problem solving and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design for hydraulic pumps, power control, valves, and hydraulic fluid conveyance components.
• Create product design guidelines, design books, drawings, and component specifications.
• Diagnose hydraulic system issues during new product development and support test activities.
• Support prototype builds, production launches, testing, and customer field evaluations.
• Participate in print reviews and design reviews for new products.
• Collaborate with test engineers, supply management, and quality to deliver optimized solutions.
