Intern Program Overview

Job Purpose

The Hydraulic Engineering team is responsible for the design, validation, and integration of hydraulic systems and components across CNH machinery. By ensuring reliable system performance, the team plays a critical role in supporting equipment productivity and advancing new product development.

As a Hydraulic System Engineer Intern, you will work closely with a team of five hydraulic engineers - one of whom will serve as your mentor to gain hands-on experience in system design, validation planning, and prototype support.

Experience Required

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is $23.69 - $25.75 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
