Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hydraulic - Servo Sales Engineer/Manager to join our team and drive sales of servo motors, drives, and motion control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in automation or electromechanical systems and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell servo motors, drives, and related motion control products to OEMs, system integrators, and industrial clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to offer customized solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products and generate leads.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of hydraulic servo systems, including components like valves, actuators, motors, and control systems.
- Application Knowledge and ability to analyze customer needs in industries like automotive, manufacturing, injection molding, etc.
- Troubleshooting Abilitycan assist with performance issues, sizing, or compatibility questions.
- Familiarity with PLCs/drivesespecially when servo systems are integrated with automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 26 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in servo motors, drives, or automation.
- Strong understanding of motion control systems and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Hydraulic-based industry Experience.
