Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Hydraulic Repair Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair hydraulic pumps, motors, and cylinders in accordance with OEM specifications. You will also test repaired components for leaks and efficiency.

The role includes providing on-site field service support and maintaining detailed repair logs, with a Monday–Friday schedule in Ann Arbor, MI, and required overtime as needed. Compensation starts at $22.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial mechanical repair experience required.
• Hydraulics experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.

What you'll be doing as the Hydraulic Repair Technician

• Inspect, diagnose, hone, and repair hydraulic pumps, motors, and cylinders, replacing seals and reassembling components strictly to OEM specifications.
• Test repaired hydraulic components for optimal performance, operating pressure, and fluid leaks to ensure strict quality standards.
• Provide hands-on assistance for on-site field service repairs and maintain accurate, detailed repair logs and service records.
• Clean, prep, and inspect parts prior to assembly while participating in ongoing technical skill development.

What we look for in a Hydraulic Repair Technician
