Hydraulic Modeling & Analysis - Senior Project Manager - Water, Wastewater & Recycled Water (Option for Remote)

Join Ardurra as a Senior Project Manager with Hydraulic Modeling expertise in water, wastewater, or recycled water. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects within our Southwest Practice, supporting business development, proposal writing, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic analyses, master planning, and leadership skills to manage technical teams and ensure project success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones.
  • Support hydraulic modeling and document findings in reports.
  • Conduct research and analysis for water/wastewater/recycled water projects.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss progress and results.
  • Lead business development efforts.
  • Archive project deliverables.

Technical Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with public water project delivery, including treatment plants and conveyance design.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic modeling tools such as InfoWater, WaterGEMS, SewerCAD, etc.
  • Knowledge of GIS, data analysis software, and scripting languages is a plus.
  • California PE license required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater master planning.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Compensation: $180,000 to $220,000/year (DOE)
