Job description

• Perform work safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Industrial Electrical work.
• Understand and adhere to all safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform preventive maintenance (PMs) without supervision.
• Communicate effectively with upper management as needed.
• Proficient with all measuring tools and hand tools.
• Read and understand electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, and PLC programs.
• Possess skills to troubleshoot equipment both electrically and mechanically.
• Follow directions from supervisors and possess basic computer skills.
• Follow all safety policies, wear PPE, and be aware of emergency procedures and exits.
• Know the location and proper utilization of SDS (Safety Data Sheets).
• Operate equipment only with proper training and authorization, following LOTO procedures.
• Never remove or bypass machine guards while machines are in operation.
• Be cautious of lift trucks and moving equipment.
• Report all injuries or accidents immediately.
• Follow plant housekeeping guidelines and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
