Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower, a premier distributor with over 35 years in hydraulic hose products, seeks a Warehouse Manager for its Indianapolis branch. The role focuses on directing shipping/receiving, warehousing, distribution operations, and staff safety.

Experience leading teams, inventory control, and policy implementation are essential. The manager will schedule orders, maintain a safe environment, and oversee the front counter with sales and stock levels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in Industrial/Hydraulic Hose.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience leading or managing a team in a distribution setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of shipping/receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensure the safety of staff.
• Manage stock counts and inventory levels.
• Schedule all incoming and outgoing orders to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, free of hazards and debris.
• Oversee Front Counter and related sales, inventory and stock levels.
