Pay:From $19.00 - $22.00 (Hourly / Non-exempt)

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hose Tech to join our team. Must have experience in hydraulics and hydraulic hose assembly.

As a key role within the company, the hose assembly technician is responsible for assembling hydraulic hoses to ensure they are fit for purpose to meet the high standards set by the company. This position provides further career and development prospects with opportunities to become part of our crew.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations outlined in the company Safety Manual.
• Perform work in accordance with supervisor instructions, company procedures, and customer specifications.
• Assemble hydraulic hoses for industrial, automotive, and hydraulic applications.
• Identify, select, and use appropriate hoses and fittings based on job requirements.
• Ensure component compatibility and proper assembly techniques per supplier or in-house standards.
• Operate hose assembly machinery and related equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Identify and report safety hazards or equipment issues immediately to the Workshop Supervisor.
• Assist in training and supporting trainees when requested.
• Remain aware of environmental and safety considerations within the workshop.
• Support team activities and promote positive working practices.
• Provide coverage in other workshop areas as needed, including during absences or holidays.
• Work overtime when required to meet organizational or customer deadlines.
• Commit to continuous improvement and ongoing skill development.
• Ability to work within strict standards and procedures.
