You will operate shop equipment and a forklift, learn conveyor belting fabrication, follow safety procedures, and provide friendly, professional customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude required and must be comfortable using hand/power tools.
• Willingness to learn hydraulic and industrial hose assembly and conveyor belt fabrication.
• Customer-facing role with emphasis on friendly, professional service.
• Ability to lift and handle industrial products safely and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the front counter and help identify the products and services they need
• Build hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies to customer specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, and crimp hose using shop equipment
• Receive, organize, and put away inventory and materials
• Pick and prepare customer orders
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials
• Learn to measure, prep, and fabricate conveyor belting
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe shop and warehouse
• Assist with other warehouse, counter, and fabrication duties as needed
• Provide friendly, professional, and responsive customer service
