Mechanics Hub in Streetsboro, OH is hiring a Mechanical Assembler – Hydraulic Equipment to assemble hydraulic lift gates and truck-mounted forklifts on a steady day shift. You will read BOMs and prints and use hand and power tools to build components.

This role requires 1+ year of manufacturing experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Benefits start day one, with health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Able to read parts lists, BOMs, prints, and work instructions.
• Hands-on experience with hand and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude with accurate part assembly.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform extended physical work.
• Capable of following safety procedures and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic lift gates and truck-mounted forklifts per standard work instructions.
• Read parts lists, Bills of Materials, prints, drawings, and work instructions to identify parts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes to assemble and move components.
• Perform quality checks to ensure correct installation with no missing parts.
• Complete documentation and production updates on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
