Job summary

Custom Truck One Source in Union Grove, WI is hiring a Hydraulic & Electrical Truck Equipment Technician to assemble and upfit trucks with cranes, aerial devices, lighting, PTOs, and more.

You will read wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings; perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic integration with precision; fabricate brackets and mounts; and diagnose issues to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mechanic, upfit technician, installer, fabricator, diesel or automotive technician.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints and manuals.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools and fabrication equipment.
• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble truck upfits: cranes, aerial devices, lighting, PTOs and more.
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic integration with precision.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints to wiring and component installation.
