ManpowerGroup seeks an Electro/Hydraulic Engineer for the New Product Engineering Team in Central Wisconsin near Marshfield. The role focuses on developing hydraulic and electrical systems, sizing components, and creating 3D routings.

Proficiency with Zuken E3 and SolidWorks/Creo is required. Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years in electrical and hydraulic domains, with CAN bus/J1939 experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in electrical, Control/Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical and hydraulic domains with proven project delivery.
• Experience with Zuken E3, Windchill/SolidWorks PDM, and 3D routing tools.
• CAN bus and J1939 protocols (ISOBUS/ISO11783 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop hydraulic and electrical systems to meet product requirements.
• Solve problems related to these systems.
• Collaborate with software engineers on system requirements.
• Create and maintain electrical/hydraulic schematics in Zuken E3 and SolidWorks/Creo.
• Design 3D routings with Mechanical Engineers for optimal attachment points.
