Cambro Manufacturing Co. seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, repair and maintain production machinery and support systems. This role focuses on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components, with emphasis on diagnosing malfunctions and performing precise repairs.

The candidate will read blueprints and schematics, operate welding and cutting tools, and support preventative maintenance programs across shifts, including 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualificações

• Two- or four-year degree or certificate in Engineering Technology.
• Five to ten years related experience in manufacturing environment or equivalent training.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect parts and machines to locate malfunctions using visual inspection or listening.
• Dismantle defective components with handheld tools or pneumatic tools.
• Identify damaged air, hydraulic and grease components on machines.
• Install and lay out pipes, hoses, valves, and manifolds as needed.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration systems supporting manufacturing processes.
• Repair electrical and electronic components of machinery.
• Replace gauges, valves and pressure regulators as needed.
• Program and modify automatic machinery and PLCs.
• Set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder and other metalworking tools.
• Read blueprints, ladder logic, electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics to troubleshoot.
• Operate cutting torch and welding equipment; fabricate structures per drawings.
• Test equipment operation and determine repair needs after servicing.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and requisition replacements.
• Coordinate with vendors for replacement components.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear PPE.
