Qualifications

• Interpret hydraulic schematics and blueprints to install and repair systems.
• Able to read diagrams and troubleshoot hydraulic/electrical issues.
• Maintain accuracy and safety while using hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems.
• Crimping of hydraulic hoses and fittings per schematics.
• Read hydraulics schematics, blueprints, and diagrams for troubleshooting.
• Test, calibrate hydraulic systems to meet specs.
• Assemble hoses, fittings, and lines per procedures.
• Terminate high/low voltage wiring per schematics.
• Use computers to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Reassemble machines and equipment.
• Read dials/meters to assess electrical output and temperature.
• Operate drill press, grinders, lathe to modify parts or fabricate tests.
• Accurately record time and job data in computer systems.
