Job summary

Bosch Rexroth seeks an experienced Project Engineer to join the US Engineering team in Grove City, OH. You will coordinate hydraulic drive system orders across North America, working across electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical disciplines.

The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, organized, and capable of building expertise in multiple engineering domains while collaborating with sales, operations, and service teams. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as electrical/industrial/mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and implementing control systems or electro‑mechanical devices.
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of hydraulic drive system orders from inception to delivery.
• Design hydraulic power units and drive systems and maintain project documentation.
• Update drawings and BoMs; participate in progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Serve as the technical contact for clients, sales, and production teams.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to finalize parameters and installations (<10% annually).
