EquipmentShare in Cape Girardeau, MO, is hiring a Hydraulic & Diesel Systems Field Mechanic to service company-owned and customer machines, from heavy equipment to aerial lifts.

You’ll manage work orders, monitor service intervals, and order parts. A safety-first approach, data-driven troubleshooting, and clean, professional vehicle presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (21+) required to operate company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Document work completely and daily via electronic work orders.
• Operate with a safety-first mindset on every task.
• Travel to customer jobsites and maintain a clean service vehicle.
• Assist in training junior technicians and equipment/parts logistics.
