Job summary

TLR Hydraulics, an MCE Company, is seeking a Hydraulic Cylinder Mechanic to repair, rebuild, and fabricate hydraulic cylinders in our Dallas-area shop. You will disassemble, inspect, replace seals and components, and test performance to meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical experience in hydraulic cylinder repair or industrial maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect hydraulic cylinders and components to identify wear, damage or malfunction.
• Disassemble cylinders using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Replace seals, rods, tubes, pistons, bearings and other worn parts per specs.
• Hone, polish, machine, weld or fabricate parts as required by the repair scope.
• Read hydraulic schematics and repair manuals accurately; maintain repair records.
