Qualifications

• Hands-on hydraulic cylinder repair and heavy equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and disassemble hydraulic cylinders to identify wear or damage.
• Replace seals, rods, tubes, pistons, bearings, and worn components to spec.
• Hone, machine, weld, or fabricate parts as required by the repair scope.
• Measure components with micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges to verify tolerances.
• Perform hydraulic pressure testing and post-repair quality checks.
• Read hydraulic schematics and maintain repair records.
