• Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum preferred, but open to considering an applicant with an Applied Engineering or Technical Business background

Top 3 Skills:

• Advanced proficiency with collaboration/project management methods and Microsoft Office programs (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerBi, etc.)


• Ability to conduct analysis on large data sets, quickly summarize key results/trends and incorporate into stakeholder reports.


• Basic knowledge of a full product development lifecycle: business value, systems interactions, requirements gathering, functional specification authoring, product development methods, testing/validation and value stream engineering

Additional Technical Skills
