What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of the team that assembles, tests, and repairs the components that power our world‑class products. Every unit you build contributes directly to our quality promise. In this role, you will:

• Read and follow work instructions and prints
• Align, fit, and assemble components using hand and power tools, fixtures, and hoists
• Clean and prepare parts using manual and automated equipment
• Test completed assemblies to ensure exceptional performance
• Serialize components and maintain accurate workflow
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What You Bring

• Ability to read and understand prints — or the willingness to learn
• At least one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and a commitment to quality

The Physical Side

This is a hands‑on, active role. You’ll stand, bend, twist, use hand tools, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Precision work requires good visual acuity and comfort using measurement tools.

• Hearing protection required when using the parts washer
