Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Experience with hydraulic systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer-focused innovation by applying engineering tools to hydraulic filtration solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into product concepts and performance targets.
- Lead product development from design through production release.
- Support existing products through updates and continuous improvement.
- Manage test programs to meet performance and regulatory expectations.
- Provide design guidance to internal teams and OEM customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Engineering.
