Job summary

MGX Equipment Services in Baltimore, MD is seeking a hands-on crane technician to diagnose and repair hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems on mobile and lattice-boom cranes. You’ll inspect equipment, document findings, and deliver dependable service to customers on-site and in the field.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 1+ year crane experience, ability to read schematics, travel up to 50%, and a valid driver’s license.

• Mechanical foundation with hydraulics and electrical systems; able to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Light mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnosis and repair on mobile and lattice-boom cranes.
• Conduct accurate annual inspections and document findings.
• Complete work reports, time sheets, hours overviews, and expense documentation on time.
• Deliver excellent, courteous customer service.
