Oasis Dry Eye Center in Sugar Land, TX, is seeking an Experienced Licensed Aesthetician to join our award-winning practice. You will deliver HydraFacial treatments, perform personalized skincare consultations, and educate clients on homecare routines while building lasting patient relationships.

You will work with advanced aesthetic technologies in a luxury patient experience, prioritizing safety, quality, and patient satisfaction in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Aesthetician license.
• Previous professional aesthetician experience.
• Hands-on HydraFacial experience - required.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, skin types, and treatment customization.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• A professional, polished, and friendly demeanor.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality HydraFacial treatments, customized facials, and other services within your professional scope.
• Conduct personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate patients on professional skincare products, homecare routines, and maintenance programs.
• Build strong relationships that encourage patient loyalty, referrals, and repeat visits.
• Confidently discuss skincare packages, memberships, and recommended treatments without high-pressure sales tactics.
• Collaborate with clinical team members on advanced aesthetic treatment plans.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly sanitized treatment spaces.
• Assist with inventory management, documentation, and daily practice operations.
• Contribute to an upbeat, professional, and welcoming team culture.
