Job summary
Matheson Nippon Sanso HYCO seeks a Production and Low-Carbon Technology Engineer to identify and evaluate technologies for Hydrogen and Syngas production, CO2 recovery, and decarbonization solutions. You will create development and commercialization plans, perform techno-economic assessments, and collaborate with HYCO teams to align technology value with business needs.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial gas processes with direct engineering experience.
- Technology evaluations expertise
- Technology market definition expertise
- Business-technical solutions development
- Technology development funding identification and structuring
- Global/international experience is a plus
- Cross-cultural, cross-functional working expertise
- Prior plant design or operational experience is a plus
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the USA
Responsibilities
- Develop thorough technical understanding of emerging HYCO technologies.
- Identify technologies of potential value to HYCO long term.
- Assess operational robustness of technologies including process flows.
- Propose plans for evolution of HYCO tech expertise.
- Support funding for technology development and grants applications.
