Job summary

Soccer Shots New Orleans is seeking a full-time Children’s Enrichment Instructor to develop leadership skills while coaching children aged 18 months to 8 years in schools and parks across the Greater New Orleans area.

You’ll deliver our proven curriculum, create a safe and fun environment, and build strong relationships with families and school partners while advancing within a growing program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead 30-35 Soccer Shots sessions weekly for children 18 months–8 years old.
• Create a safe, fun environment where every child feels successful.
• Deliver a proven curriculum with enthusiasm and consistency.
• Build relationships with children, families, teachers, and partners.
• Support operations with coaching team and tools to stay organized.
