SSF Imported Auto Parts LLC is seeking a Marketing Specialist – Workshop Concepts to lead marketing initiatives supporting our nationwide network of partner shops. You will collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to execute campaigns, merchandise programs, and digital marketing efforts that boost visibility and growth.

The role requires strong organizational and communications skills, familiarity with social media, and experience with design tools.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or design tools is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn, support and execute as a team.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and online engagement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with vendors and customers.
• Proven track record of executing marketing programs.
• Experience with product merchandising and retail environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing team, vendors, customers and buying group to schedule and execute marketing activities tied to the workshop concept strategy.
• Provide logistical support and promote exclusive offerings through a national buying group.
• Oversee selection and distribution of promotional merchandise and interior design items for shops.
• Coordinate internal communications of materials and programs via email, phone, and campaigns.
• Develop and expand SSF’s nationwide partner repair shop network with sales and business development teams.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and provide resources to partner shops.
• Monitor marketing initiatives and provide feedback for improvement.
• Manage web and social media support programs to boost online visibility and acquisition.
• Assist with marketing design projects (flyers, magazine, training materials).
• Attend customer events to enhance the overall experience.
