Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Five (5) years of California Workers' Compensation claims management experience or equivalent.
• Licensing/Jurisdiction Knowledge: California knowledge required; SIP required or obtainable within one year.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process workers' compensation claims to determine benefits.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to directions professionally.
