Qualifications

• Education and licensing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• CA licensing knowledge is required for this jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Workers Compensation claims to determine benefits due and adjudicate within service expectations.
• Negotiate settlement within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimant and client; report to excess carrier as needed.

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Professional certification as applicable to line of business
