McAngus Goudelock & Courie LLC in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certificate along with 2+ years of paralegal experience, and a strong command of written and oral communication.

After completing training, this role offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement. You will support case management, prepare letters, log deadlines, and coordinate with medical professionals

Competenze

• Associates or higher in Paralegal Studies or related field required.
• Four-year degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certificate required.
• 2+ years of paralegal experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Open and close files.
• Organize files and manage documentation.
• Prepare acknowledgement letters to clients, insureds and commissions.
• Log mail into case management system and docket deadlines.
• Coordinate IMEs and request medical records.
• Scan and drop documents into ProLaw.
• Work as part of a team and adapt to change.
