Job summary

Nexxen International is seeking a data-driven Analytics professional for our Bellevue, WA office. The role follows a hybrid schedule—in-office three days a week and remote for the rest.

This exempt position focuses on marketplace analytics, reporting, and business support. You will analyze trends, build scalable reports and dashboards, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in programmatic advertising or related analytics role.
• Strong knowledge of RTB/SSPs/DSPs and publisher monetization.
• SQL proficiency and experience with large-scale datasets.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, Datadog).

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketplace trends, buyer behavior, auction dynamics, and revenue performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop scalable reports and KPI dashboards for publisher and marketplace performance.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support planning and revenue optimization initiatives with data-driven insights.
• Present findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
