• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• Experience in the financial services area in a client facing role.

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, accurate and professional resolution of questions related to the company’s technology platforms and investment solutions.
• Supports advisors, home offices and institutional clients by troubleshooting issues, guiding users through workflows and coordinating with internal product, operations and engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Coordinates with internal teams, such as operations, compliance and technology to ensure timely issue resolution, and documents client expectations, actions taken and issue resolution status.
• Meets service level agreement standards for response time and quality expectations.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
